There are two software platforms that are used to run our season / meets:  Swimmingly and SwimTopia.  Below is a summary of how each is used.

Swimmingly

Swimmingly is primarily a meet management software platform.  There are three different Swimmingly sub-platforms that you will encounter:

Swimmingly Clubhouse (best used on a PC, honestly)

• Registration for the other Swimmingly platforms
• RSVP for meets

Swimmingly Fan (Dark Blue, same logo)

• Swimmers events will be available here the day before the meet.  This generally replaces the paper "heat sheet" for parents.
• Watch meet results live during meets (even folks that are not at the meet can follow along!)

Swimmingly (Lighter Blue, same logo)

• Timers, Stroke and Turn Judges, the Starter & Scorekeepers use this app during the meets to officiate

Swimtopia

Swimtopia is the platform we use to run the website winchesterwave.org.  This platform is used for the following:

• Register for swim team
• Register for volunteer positions during the meets
• Find general team/season information.
• Track swimmer's progress over the season (and years) 
• Signup for Swimtopia Mobile -- this will allow you to get weather alerts directly to your phone
