Winchester Wave

Here's a breakdown of the technology platforms we use during the season:

Swimmingly

Ok, this can get confusing!  Swimmingly has 3 DIFFERENT platforms inside of it that we use:

Swimmingly Clubhouse (best used on a PC, honestly)

• Registration for the Swimmingly Platforms is done here
• RSVP for meets is also done here

Swimmingly Fan (Dark Blue, same logo)

• Swimmers events will be available here the day before the meet
• Watch meet results live during meets.
• Search Winchester Wave 2024

Swimmingly app (Carolina Blue, same logo)

• Timers, Stroke and Turn Judges, the Starter & Scorekeepers use this app during the meets to officiate

Swimtopia

Swimtopia is the platform we use to run the website Winchesterwave.org.  Here's how it's used

• Register for swim team
• Register for volunteer positions during the meets
• All team info is available here.
• Register for clinics (done as a Job Signup next to the clinic)
• Track swimmer's progress over the season (and years) 
• This site is NOT USED to RSVP for meets (even though it has that option- because Swimmingly and Swimtopia (Winchesterwave.org) don't communicate, it's easier for the coaches to have parents RSVP directly via Swimmingly
• Signup for Swimtopia Mobile- this will allow you to get weather alerts directly to your phone
